Appeal Letters

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

What Appeal Letters provides

Appeal Letters is an online tool that generates formal letter templates to help UK residents raise disputes and appeal decisions. The letters are produced by AI and provided as a starting point for your correspondence.

By using this service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Appeal Letters.

Not legal advice

The letters generated by Appeal Letters are templates and guidance only. They do not constitute legal advice, and Appeal Letters is not a law firm or regulated legal service.

If your situation is complex, involves a significant sum of money, or you are unsure of your legal position, you should seek advice from a qualified solicitor before sending any correspondence.

No guarantee of outcome

Appeal Letters does not guarantee any particular outcome from sending a generated letter. Results depend on the specific facts of your situation, the organisation you are writing to, and many other factors outside our control. We make no promises about whether your dispute will be resolved in your favour.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and complete. Appeal Letters generates letters based solely on what you tell us. If you provide incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information, the resulting letter may be inaccurate. We accept no responsibility for letters generated from incorrect user input.

Payment and refunds

A one-off payment of £4.99 is required to access your completed letter. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Once your letter has been generated and displayed to you, payment is non-refundable. The service is considered delivered at the point the letter is shown on screen. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your letter after payment, contact us at hello@appealletters.co.uk and we will resolve it.

Intended users

Appeal Letters is intended for use by UK residents. The letters reference UK legislation and are written for UK-based disputes. We do not warrant that the service is appropriate or effective for disputes in other jurisdictions.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Appeal Letters only for legitimate personal disputes. You must not use the service to generate letters that are fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, or intended to harass another person or organisation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appeal Letters and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including any outcome of correspondence sent using our generated letters.

Right to refuse service

Appeal Letters reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including suspected misuse of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at appealletters.co.uk/terms. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
